The May luncheon will feature an interactive “workshop” that will aid in understanding change situations and will provide you with key tools to identify your change approach within your or your client’s organization. Audience members will use mobile technology to share their opinions and responses, which will be discussed in real time using Conference i/o.
Dr. James Bohn Ph.D will share a lifetime of experience and provide several general principles for helping people adjust to change. His presentation will include asking participants to focus on the Top 10 questions they need to ask (and answer!) as they prepare their organizations for change.
He will also focus a segment of his presentation on specific risks identified when implementing new IT systems for Finance, HR and Sourcing.
